Jason M. Palmer is a Filipino-American, comedy multi-hyphenate, with an amazing head of hair (think Bruno Mars, but better). Jason spurned some of the most prestigious online universities in order to attend Loyola Marymount where he majored in something that sounded important yet required very little actual work: Film Production.

During his senior year, Jason realized he hated people and preferred a more solitary existence, so he turned his focus to writing. He soon landed an internship on the TV show, Caroline In The City. When Jason saw how little work the writers did and how much they were getting paid, he knew he had found his calling. During a network run- through for the show, Jason improvised a line as a background extra that made the studio executives laugh. The line (“I am a man!”) was written into the show and Jason was awarded the part of “Bullfighter #2.” More importantly, Jason received his first credit on IMDB!

After college, Jason landed a writers’ assistant job on Dawson’s Creek, which he considered his grad school. Jason ended up writing an episode of the show that no hardcore fans seem to remember. Jason had a foot in the door in the world of dramatic TV but knew he really wanted to write comedy, so he left the drama world and became a writers’ assistant and freelance writer for That’s So Raven and The Bernie Mac Show. Jason got his first staffing job on Everybody Hates Chris and got to sit in a writers’ room with his comedy idol, Chris Rock, but he was just as excited to qualify for Writers’ Guild medical insurance. From there, Jason became a writer/producer for one hundred episodes of the Ice Cube produced film adaptation, Are We There Yet, for TBS, which filmed in Stamford, CT.

After coming back from Stamford, Jason began to focus on improv performing and writing sketch comedy. He became a writer/performer for a house sketch team at the Upright Citizens Brigade and also a writer/performer for the prestigious Groundlings Sunday Company.

Jason currently writes, produces, and directs comedy sketches for the #1 sports show on network TV, FOX NFL Sunday. His sketches have garnered millions of views on the world wide webs and have featured the likes of Robert Downey Jr., Will Ferrell, Owen Wilson, Armie Hammer, Olivia Munn, TJ Miller, Chris D’Elia, and John Michael Higgins.
